Digital StoreFront
For all modules with "required maintenance" components, additional years can be purchased by using the
same MIU code x qty (number of additional years required) - All Annual Maintenance Support on
Digital StoreFront is sold directly by Ricoh but supported directly by EFI.
Annual maintenance includes: Software maintenance including all releases EFI may make and
Tier 1 (end user) and Tier 2 (Dealer) support. If the first year of maintenance is not renewed, the customer will
not receive technical phone support or be eligible for regular software updates. It is recommended to build
in additional years of maintenance to cover the contract period to avoid disruption of service support.
Optional Modules to Upgrade Digital StoreFront Express to Full Version
All Pricing includes annual maintenance agreement for the first year only that
entitles the customer to unlimited direct access to the software manufacturer for
support M-F 8 am to 8 pm EST. This includes minor or maintenance software
releases during the term of the support plan. Maintenance does not
include major software upgrades or licensable features.
On-Site Installation and Training for Digital StoreFront Express
On-Site (100000001130) is Optional for DSF Express, and 1-day is recommended for sites
with few main operators and 2-days for sites with many users that will need training
On-Site (100000001130) is Mandatory for both DSF Upgrades as well as DSF v2.0 Full
Version for dealers that have not been certified on Digital StoreFront Full Version
