G Place the original, and then press [Start Scanning].
The original is scanned and stored.
H Press [Exit] twice.
Returns to the initial User Tools / Counter / Inquiry display.
Overwriting a stored format
Overwrites a format stored in memory.
Important
❒ You cannot restore a format that has been overwritten.
A Make sure the machine is ready to copy.
B Press the {User Tools / Counter} key.
C Press [Copier / Document Server Features].
D Press [Edit], and then press [Program / Delete Format].
E Select a format number you want to overwrite.
F Press [Yes].
Press [Stop] if you do not want to overwrite the existing format.
G Select the original orientation.
H Place the original, and then press [Start Scanning].
The original is scanned and stored.
I Press [Exit] twice.
Returns to the initial User Tools / Counter / Inquiry display.
Deleting a stored format
Deletes a format stored in memory.
Important
❒ You cannot restore a format that has been deleted.
A Make sure the machine is ready to copy.
B Press the {User Tools / Counter} key.
C Press [Copier / Document Server Features].
D Press [Edit], and then press [Program / Delete Format].
E Press [Delete], and then select the format number to be deleted.
