Minimum Advertised Price

(MAP) Guidelines

Ricoh Corporation maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

policy. As a Ricoh Reseller, you shall uphold Ricoh Corporation’s

MAP policy in all product advertising whether in print or on

the Internet.

• Reseller can sell Ricoh products at any price. Ricoh is not

dictating the Reseller’s selling price.

• Ricoh will monitor MAP. MAP will be determined with Ricoh

Product Marketing and communicated as changes are made.

List of MAP pricing will be provided to all partners.

• Advertised Price is defined as all advertising, electronic distri-

bution (including, but not limited to banners, Emails and public

Web sites). MAP does not include secure/private Web sites

where customers are logged into their account.

• Please contact your Ricoh Channel Account Manager for

approval of “Free,” “Bundled,” “Rebates,” or “Quotes.”

MAP guidelines must be strictly followed. Ricoh resellers must

adhere to Ricoh Corporation’s policy regarding the MAP.
