Basic Procedure

Auto Start

If you make settings and scan the

originals while the message “

Scan-

ning originals can be started.

”

and “

Select copy mode and press

[Start].

” are displayed alternately,

your copies will be made once the

machine is ready.

Job Preset

Use this function to set up the next

copy job and scan an original when a

copy job is in progress. When the cur-

rent copy job is finished, your copy

job will start automatically.

Press [

New Job

] while ”

Copying...

is displayed.

Make settings for the next copy job.

Place the originals. The machine

scans them.

When the current copy job finishes,

the preset job starts automatically.

Note

❒ Each job stored is allocated a job

number that is displayed on the

Reserved Job screen.

❒ To switch the display to the cur-

rent copy job press [Reserved

Job], followed by [Printing], and

then [Exit].

Editing Job Preset

You can check and change the con-

tents of preset jobs. You also can de-

lete preset jobs.

Press [Reserved Job].

Select the number of the job you

want to check or change.

Press [Check / Change Job].

The contents of the job are dis-

played.

To check the job contents

Check the contents of the job.

Press [Confirmed].

The display returns to the Re-

served Job screen.

To change the job contents after

checking

Check the contents of the job.

Change its contents, and then press

[Confirmed].

Press [Change].

The display returns to the Re-

served Job screen.
