Proving itself to be an excellent choice for

mid-size to large workgroups, the Ricoh Aﬁcio

AP400N provided an exceptional overall

performance during BLI’s three-month

evaluation. The 26-ppm laser printer, which

supports up to legal-size output, demonstrated

ﬂawless reliability, requiring no service and

operating without even a single misfeed during

its 75,000-impression test.

Another strength of the Ricoh Aﬁcio AP400N

demonstrated in testing is its excellent

productivity. Based on a 300-MHz processor,

the AP400N demonstrated the fastest ﬁrst-

print-out times for the Word and PageMaker

test ﬁles of tested monochrome printers in the

21- to 31-ppm speed range. First-print-out

times for the TIFF, PDF and JPG ﬁles used
